Barry Chocolate GAO Chiffon

Our Chocolate GAO Chiffon is made from Callebut 811 55% dark couverture chocolate and Valrhona dark cocoa. GAO refers to the hokkien dialect of thick. This chiffon is perfect for chocoholics and isn't too sweet! It taste as good on it's own or you can pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and top up with your favourite fruits!
