Shelf life: 3 days in room temperature.
Storage: Slice and stored in a zip lock bag. Recommend to store in freezer if you intend to keep for a longer period. In fact, there is no expiry when the bread is kept in the freezer! Heat it with a toaster or air fryer before serving and it will be as good as before!
Best serve with European butter to enjoy the earthy taste.
