A favorite treat during the Chinese New Year and popular all year round.
Loved for their distinctively creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, these cookies are made with the tradition in mind with no lard due to health concern. We used only peanuts and peanut oil to give it's distintive taste.

These cookies are not too sweet. C'mon and give it a try and it is impossible to stop one!
